Scania Mod by Zilpzalp question

I downloaded this mod last night and have been struggling to get the mod to work correctly. I can see some of addons but not all of them. I am missing the following addons; the rear mudflap, exhaust stacks, the ability to change headlights, can not change the small scania logos on the front grill, the wire mesh piece that is at the bottom of the windshield is not there, missing the roof antennas, the new interior accessories I can choose them but they do not show up on the external view when you are looking at the truck, and also the ride height is still the stock height. Also if I click on the 8x4 chassis the game crashes. I did find the addon trailer that comes with this mod and that works perfectly. Like I said some of this mod works but there is at least half of the addons that do not show up on my current profile.

Now here is the strange part, if I create a new profile then the mod seems to work fine, but since I am level 0 I can not see if the 8x4 chassis will load okay, or see any of the addons that are locked above level 0. I can added the missing mudflap, exhaust, roof antenna, wire mesh piece below the windshield, change the headlights, add the light strip down the side of the cab, and the ride height is the lowered height as it is shown in the screen shots that came with the mod.

I have 1.8.2.5 with all mods turned off except this mod and 50ks Scania R2008 V2. I did add the lines to Kedes mod like it said to do in the read me and I can get those addons to show up fine under this mod.

Is there some file that I can edit that is under my profile that will fix this, I would rather not have to start the game all over to use this mod.

Sorry for lack of German but I hope you can figure out what I am asking.

Great mod Zilpzalp I really want to get this thing working :D

Maybe a another mod get in the way. Please, post your actual Log-file. Double posts are allowed for.

So this morning I made sure I had every other mod turned off except 50k's and Zilpzalp's mods. Low and behold it worked just fine under my current profile, I have no idea why ?( . So I then turned on each mod 1 by 1 and found that it was these mods that was causing things to not work properly "[ETS2]Scania V8 Skin lackierbar by Königszapfen" and also this one "[ETS2]Scania V8 Skin Gelb by Königszapfen." I downloaded both of them when I found Zilpzalps Scania mod and I am pretty sure I had one or the other turned on when I was running into the original issues.


This is one of the best mods out there if you are a Scania fan and now its time to sell the streamline and put some miles on my new truck :thumbsup:

Well I use the [ETS2]Scania V8 Skin lackierbar by Königszapfen on my Scania by zilpzalp and don´t have any issues with it, works just fine.
Post your log please and we´ll have a look at it.

I got the skin to work finally. For some reason I could not get any skin to work with this mod. I ended up deleting the vehicle\truck folder that comes with the skins and I am able to get the skin plus all the addons to work correctly.
